Pilot Program:
Brand Youniversity
Brand Youniversity is the pilot program for EmotiGym Co., designed to support middle school, high school, and young adults in developing emotional well-being, self-awareness, and confidence.
This pilot introduces participants to EmotiGym’s social-emotional fitness approach — helping young people understand themselves, strengthen emotional skills, and connect well-being to real-life goals and decision-making.
We are currently inviting a limited number of schools, organizations, and community partners to participate in this pilot phase.

Community Workshops
R.E.L.A.X. is a one-hour well-being fitness experience for professionals, parents, and caregivers who need space to unwind, reset, and enjoy themselves. Each session blends science-informed practices, light movement, music, and moments of fun with reflection and connection—because happiness is easier to access when it feels good. Offered in-person. R.E.L.A.X. creates a welcoming space to release stress, lift your mood, and reconnect with joy—together.
